Welcome to AccuFlip Digital Prints ("AccuFlip," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by AccuFlip Digital Prints, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at accuflipdigitalprints.com and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. The Service is designed for educators, tutors, homeschool parents, and other adults who create educational content. Students may interact with worksheets, interactive activities, games, and quizzes through access codes provided by their teacher, tutor, or parent, but students do not create accounts and are not required to provide any personal information to use student-facing features.
To use the Service, you must register with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
AccuFlip Digital Prints is an AI-powered educational content platform that allows users to generate printable worksheets, interactive digital activities, quizzes, and related educational materials. The Service uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to generate worksheet content based on topics, grade levels, and parameters selected by the user.
AI-generated content is provided as a starting point. You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content for accuracy, appropriateness, and suitability before distributing it to students or any other audience. AccuFlip does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or educational soundness of any AI-generated content.
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each worksheet generation consumes one credit. Credits may be purchased individually (pay-as-you-go) or through an annual subscription plan. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Annual subscription plans provide a fixed number of credits at a discounted per-sheet rate. Subscriptions are billed annually through Stripe and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
We may offer promotional codes that grant credits and/or plan upgrades. Promo codes are limited to one redemption per account, may have usage limits and expiration dates, and cannot be combined with other offers. Promotional plan upgrades expire after the stated duration from the date of redemption unless otherwise stated.
Due to the nature of AI-generated digital content, refunds are generally not available once credits have been consumed. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your generated content, contact us at support@accuflipdigitalprints.com and we will work to resolve the issue or restore your credits.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, educational purposes. You may not:
You retain ownership of any original content you provide to the Service (topics, custom instructions, word lists, etc.). By submitting content, you grant AccuFlip a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process that content solely for the purpose of generating your requested educational materials.
Worksheets, activities, and other materials generated by the Service are provided for your personal or classroom use. You may print, distribute to students, and use generated materials in your educational practice. You may not sell generated worksheets as standalone products or operate a competing service using our generated content.
The AccuFlip name, logo, website design, software, and underlying technology are the property of AccuFlip Digital Prints and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or proprietary technology.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points regarding data use:
AccuFlip does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The Service is designed so that students interact with educational content (worksheets, interactive activities, quizzes, and games) through access codes without creating accounts or providing personal information. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information.
AccuFlip is designed to function as a "school official" under FERPA when used by educational institutions. We access only the minimum student data necessary to provide the Service. Student interaction data (quiz scores, game progress) is associated with anonymous access codes, not student names or identifiable records. Educators control what information, if any, connects access codes to individual students, and that mapping is maintained by the educator, not by AccuFlip.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ACCUFLIP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
AI-generated educational content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that is not appropriate for all grade levels or learning contexts. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before use with students.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ACCUFLIP DIGITAL PRINTS AND ITS OWNER, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ACCUFLIP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AccuFlip Digital Prints and its owner, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your distribution of generated content.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits on a terminated account are non-refundable unless termination was due to our error.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or through a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
