AccuFlip Digital Prints ("AccuFlip," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of our users. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. We do not store passwords in plain text.

1.2 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number, bank account number, or other financial account details. We receive only a Stripe customer ID and transaction confirmation from Stripe.

1.3 Usage Data

We collect data about how you use the Service, including worksheet topics and grade levels selected, types of content generated, number of generations, and feature usage patterns. This data is used to improve the Service and is not linked to your identity in any aggregate analysis.

1.4 Student Interaction Data

When students complete interactive activities, quizzes, or games through access codes, we collect responses, scores, and time-on-task data. This data is associated with anonymous access codes only. We do not collect student names, email addresses, or any other personal information from students.

1.5 Cookies and Session Data

We use a single httpOnly session cookie (af_session) to maintain your login state. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

AccuFlip does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Students access educational content through anonymous access codes and are never required to create an account or provide personal information. If a parent or guardian believes their child has provided personal information to AccuFlip, please contact us at support@accuflipdigitalprints.com and we will promptly delete that information.

When used by schools or educational institutions, AccuFlip functions as a "school official" with a "legitimate educational interest" under FERPA. We commit to the following:

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated worksheets and associated data are retained in your library until you delete them or close your account. Student interaction data is retained for the current school year and may be deleted upon educator request. Upon account closure, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, though anonymized aggregate data may be retained.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), httpOnly session cookies, hashed passwords, and secure cloud infrastructure provided by Cloudflare. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
